Peserta yang mengikuti IVA Test di Puskesmas Demak 1 berjumlah 5 Orang. Pemeriksaan IVA Test hanya bisa dilakukan Oleh Dokter yang sudah bersertifikasi atau sudah pernah mengikuti pelatihan IVA Test sebelumnya, jadi jika dokter yang belum terlatih tidak diperbolehkan untuk melakukan IVA Test.<\/p>\n<p>Pemeriksaan IVA sendiri dilakukan dengan cara meneteskan asam asetat (asam cuka) pada permukaan mulut rahim. Teknik ini dinilai terjangkau, mudah, hanya memerlukan alat sederhana, dan hasilnya bisa langsung didapatkan.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Metode Pemeriksaan IVA<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Anda akan diminta berbaring dengan posisi kaki terbuka\u00a0(litotomi).<\/li>\n<li>Dokter akan memasukkan alat bernama spekulum atau cocor bebek ke dalam vagina. Alat ini berfungsi menahan mulut vagina terbuka, sehingga leher dan mulut rahim dapat terlihat.<\/li>\n<li>Kemudian dokter akan mencelup gumpalan kapas bertangkai (mirip <em>cotton bud<\/em>) ke larutan asam asetat (asam cuka) kadar 3-5%.<\/li>\n<li>Gumpalan kapas yang telah dibasahi oleh asam asetat akan dioleskan perlahan ke permukaan jaringan serviks Anda.<\/li>\n<li>Dokter akan menunggu selama 1 menit untuk menilai reaksi yang muncul, biasanya berupa perubahan warna pada area serviks yang telah dioleskan asam asetat.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Jaringan serviks yang sehat tidak akan mengalami perubahan warna setelah dioleskan asam asetat. Namun jika terdapat sel abnormal pada serviks, akan muncul bercak putih pada permukaan leher rahim.\u00a0Hal ini dapat menandakan adanya sel tumor atau <a href=\"https:\/\/www.alodokter.com\/kanker-serviks\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">sel kanker pada serviks<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Sebagai tindak lanjutnya, dokter akan merujuk Anda ke\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.alodokter.com\/cari-dokter\/dokter-kandungan\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">dokter ahli kebidanan dan kandungan<\/a> agar\u00a0dapat dilakukan pemeriksaan lebih lanjut. Terlebih jika Anda mengalami keluhan, seperti perdarahan vagina dan keputihan yang mencurigakan.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Syarat-Syarat Pemeriksaan IVA<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Agar hasilnya akurat, pemeriksaan IVA hanya boleh dilakukan oleh wanita yang:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Sudah pernah melakukan hubungan intim<\/li>\n<li>Tidak berhubungan intim selama 24 jam sebelum pemeriksaan<\/li>\n<li>Tidak sedang haid<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Bila memenuhi ketiga syarat tersebut, Anda dapat menjalani pemeriksaan IVA secara berkala sesuai anjuran dokter, atau setidaknya setiap 3-5 tahun sekali.\u00a0Hal ini dilakukan untuk mendeteksi kanker serviks secara dini,\u00a0 sebab gejala kanker serviks stadium awal sering kali tidak jelas. Gejala umumnya baru muncul pada tahap lanjut.<\/p>\n<p>Pemeriksaan IVA sangat dianjurkan bagi wanita yang berisiko terhadap kanker serviks, misalnya wanita dengan riwayat kanker serviks dalam keluarga (keturunan), memiliki lebih dari satu pasangan seksual, atau pernah mengalami infeksi menular seksual.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-thumbnail wp-image-712\"
