{"id":701,"date":"2019-07-22T04:21:33","date_gmt":"2019-07-22T04:21:33","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/kecdemak.demakkab.go.id\/?p=701"},"modified":"2019-07-22T04:21:33","modified_gmt":"2019-07-22T04:21:33","slug":"sosialisasi-pencegahan-stunting-di-desa-sedo-kecamatan-demak","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kecdemak.demakkab.go.id\/index.php\/2019\/07\/22\/sosialisasi-pencegahan-stunting-di-desa-sedo-kecamatan-demak\/","title":{"rendered":"SOSIALISASI PENCEGAHAN STUNTING DI DESA SEDO KECAMATAN DEMAK"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Demak &#8211; Kegiatan Sosialisasi Pencegahan stunting di Desa Sedo Kecamatan Demak dilaksanakan pada Senin (22\/7) pukul 09.00 s\/d 12.00 WIB bertempat di Balai Desa Sedo Kecamatan Demak yang dihadiri oleh sebanyak 60 orang kategori ibu hamil dan anak-anak yang didiagnosa stunting.<\/p>\n<p>acara sosialisasi pencegahan stunting ini di isi oleh Sekcam Demak beserta Kasi Permas dan Perwakilan dari Puskesmas Demak 2. dari data yang diperoleh menyatakan bahwa di Desa Sedo terdapat sejumlah 23 anak yang tergolong dalam kategori stunting. sosialiasasi kali ini mengambil tema &#8220;Bergerak Bersama Menuju Desa Sedo Bebas Stunting&#8221;, dan diharapkan tema tersebut bisa segera tercapai untuk membebaskan Desa Sedo dari Penyakit Stunting ini.<\/p>\n<p>Stunting merupakan gambaran kekurangan gizi kronis selama seribu hari pertama kelahiran anak, dan harus segera ditangani sejak dini. Karena kondisi itu tidak dapat ditangani lagi jika anak sudah memasuki usia 2 tahun.<\/p>\n<p>Adapun tips yang bisa diterapkan orang tua agar anak tidak mengalami stunting, yaitu:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Pencegahan sejak masa kehamilan<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Saat hamil, Anda disarankan untuk rutin memeriksakan kondisi kehamilan ke dokter. Anda juga perlu memenuhi asupan nutrisi yang baik selama kehamilan, dengan menu yang sehat dan seimbang. Selain itu, asupan mineral seperti zat besi, asam folat dan yodium juga harus tercukupi.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Terapkan IMD <\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Setelah anak lahir, segera lakukan inisiasi menyusui dini (IMD) agar berhasil menjalankan ASI esklusif. Setelah itu, lakukan pemeriksaan ke dokter atau pusat pelayanan kesehatan seperti posyandu atau puskesmas secara berkala. Hal ini bertujuan untuk memantau pertumbuhan dan perkembangan anak.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Imunisasi<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Patuhi jadwal imunisasi rutin yang ditetapkan pemerintah, agar anak terlindung dari berbagai macam penyakit.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>ASI Eksklusif<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Berikan ASI eksklusif sampai si Kecil berusia 6 bulan dan diteruskan dengan pemberian MPASI yang sehat dan bergizi.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Gaya hidup bersih dan sehat<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Terapkan gaya hidup bersih dan sehat sedari dini, misalnya rutin mencuci tangan sebelum makan, pastikan air yang diminum merupakan air bersih, dan lainnya.<\/p>\n<p>Jangan biarkan masa depan si Kecil hilang gara-gara <a href=\"https:\/\/www.klikdokter.com\/info-sehat\/read\/3617414\/penyebab-dan-cara-mencegah-stunting-pada-anak\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">stunting<\/a>. Terapkan tips pencegahan yang telah disampaikan dengan saksama, agar anak Anda bisa memiliki tumbuh kembang yang optimal dan masa depan yang gemilang.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\"
