Sebaran Titik Lokasi (Tilok) yang disiapkan BKN untuk pelaksanaan SKB meliputi 215 Tilok Mandiri, 34 Tilok seluruh Kantor BKN (BKN Pusat, Kantor Regional BKN I XIII, Kantor UPT BKN), dan 20 Tilok di Luar Negeri dengan memanfaatkan gedung Kedutaan Besar dan gedung Konsulat Jenderal. Adapun total peserta SKB CPNS Formasi Tahun 2019 menggunakan metode CAT BKN berjumlah 297.942 peserta, terdiri dari 44.631 peserta Instansi Pusat dan 253.311 peserta Instansi Daerah.<\/p>\n<p>Kepala BKN, Bima Haria Wibisana mengatakan bahwa BKN tetap memastikan kualitas penyelenggaraan SKB di tengah kedaruratan Covid-19 tetap terjaga, dengan mengedepankan transparansi tanpa mengurangi aspek protokol kesehatan. \u201cSalah satunya, BKN menyediakan <em>live streaming score<\/em> yang dapat dipantau orang tua peserta lewat genggaman smartphone mereka tanpa harus hadir di Tilok,\u201d terang Bima saat memantau pelaksanaan SKB hari pertama di Tilok BKN Pusat pada Selasa, (01\/09\/2020).<\/p>\n<p>Selain itu Kepala Biro Humas, Hukum, dan Kerja Sama BKN, Paryono juga menyebutkan untuk seluruh jadwal rangkaian seleksi CPNS Formasi Tahun 2019 telah diterbitkan melalui Surat Kepala BKN Nomor K 26-30\/V 116-4\/99, mulai dari penyelenggaraan SKB pada 01 September s\/d 12 Oktober 2020, dilanjutkan dengan pengolahan hasil SKD dan SKB pada 8 s\/d 18 Oktober, penyampaian hasil seleksi pada 26 s\/d 28 Oktober, dan proses usul penetapan Nomor Induk Pegawai (NIP) pada 01 s\/d 30 November 2020. Lebih lanjut kata Paryono, BKN selaku Ketua Pelaksana Panitia Seleksi Nasional (Panselnas) memastikan pelaksanaan SKB berlangsung dengan mengedepankan protokol kesehatan pencegahan Covid-19 sesuai dengan Surat Edaran (SE) Kepala BKN Nomor 17\/SE\/VII\/2020.<\/p>\n<p>Sebagai tambahan informasi, jumlah instansi yang membuka rekrutmen untuk formasi CPNS Formasi Tahun 2019 sebanyak 521 instansi, dengan rincian 65 instansi pusat dan 456 instansi daerah.
