Sebagai gantinya PLN menerapkan kebijakan perhitungan rata-rata pemakaian listrik selama 3 bulan terakhir untuk pelanggan pascabayar.<br \/>\nHal ini berlaku untuk pembayaran rekening bulan April. Artinya, untuk pembayaran rekening bulan April, perhitungannya menggunakan data dari historis rata-rata pemakaian kWh pada bulan Desember, Januari dan Februari.<br \/>\nKebijakan itu dilakukan untuk menghindari kontak dengan pembaca\/ pencatat meter yang melakukan kunjungan ke rumah-rumah pelanggan. Sehingga upaya pencegahan penyebaran virus corona sebagaimana yang menjadi himbauan pemerintan untuk melaksanakan Work From Home dan Physical Distancing dapat berhasil. Kebijakan ini diberlakukan agar pelanggan merasa tenang dan tidak perlu repot dan khawatir untuk berinteraksi dengan petugas.<br \/>\nPLN juga menghimbau kepada masyarakat untuk melakukan pembayaran secara online untuk meminimalisasi kontak fisik antara pelanggan dengan petugas.<br \/>\nKami juga sampaikan terima kasih kepada pelanggan yang telah mengirimkan stand kwh meter nya kepada kami, akan
